What is Plush Rush? +
Plush Rush is a premium prize competition platform where you can enter to win incredible prizes — from the latest tech and luxury holidays to cash prizes and unforgettable experiences. Every draw is provably fair and independently verifiable.
How do I enter a competition? +
Browse our live competitions, answer the skill question, choose how many entries you'd like, and pay securely via card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. You can also enter for free via post.
Is there a free way to enter? +
Yes! Every competition can be entered for free via post. Send your entry to our registered address with your name, email, competition name, and skill question answer. Free entries have exactly the same chance of winning as paid entries. See our Free Entry page for full details.
What does "provably fair" mean? +
Before each competition opens, we generate a random seed and publish its SHA-256 hash. After the draw, we reveal the seed. Anyone can verify that the hash matches the seed and independently calculate the winning ticket. This means no one — not even us — can influence the outcome.
How is the winner chosen? +
The winning ticket is derived deterministically from the pre-committed seed using SHA-256 hashing. The result is: hash(seed + ":winner") → first 8 bytes → integer mod total_entries + 1. You can verify this yourself on our verification page.
Do I need to be 18 to enter? +
Yes. You must be 18 years or older and a UK resident to enter Plush Rush competitions.
What happens if I win? +
We'll notify you immediately by email and phone. We'll arrange delivery or fulfilment of your prize. Major prizes are typically delivered within 28 days.
What is the Plush Club? +
The Plush Club is our membership programme. Members receive bonus entries on every competition, early access to new competitions, entry into members-only monthly draws, and enhanced referral commissions. Plans start at £9.99/month.
How does the referral programme work? +
Share your unique referral link with friends. When they sign up and make their first purchase, you both receive £2 credit. You also earn 10% commission on their purchases (15% for Plush Club members).
How do I set spending limits? +
Go to Account Settings and set a monthly spend limit. We'll notify you when you approach your limit and prevent further purchases once it's reached. You can also self-exclude via our Responsible Play page.
